The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Oct. 5 — George E. Smith, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he pushed and threw someone to the ground several times.

Oct. 4 — Dana L. Haynes, 59, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. Police said he threatened to kill someone, followed the person with his car, then struggled with police.

Oct. 4 — Nicholas R.T. Roess, 22, of Seneca, was charged with felony and misdemeanor false statement. Police said he answered falsely when attempting to purchase a firearm at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Oct. 4 — Gage A. Bowser, 28, of Butler, was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia. Police said empty stamp bags, hypodermic needles, a lighter and a spoon were found on her person.

Oct. 4 — Leesa Eisenman, 54, of Butler, and Zacc Dray, 35, of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash at Moraine Pointe Plaza. Police said Eisenman’s vehicle struck Dray’s.

Oct. 4 — Robert C. Elliot Jr., 65, of Lyndora, was charged with felony failure to register. Police said he failed to register as a sexually violent predator.

Oct. 3 — Deontae J. Thompson, 31, of Detroit, was charged with two misdemeanors of possessing drug paraphernalia. Police said they stopped him Sept. 3 on Fairground Hill Road. Police said a small amount of marijuana and $220 were found on Thompson’s person and a scale with white powder residue, a marijuana smoking bowl and loose leaf marijuana were found during a vehicle search.

Oct. 3 — Stephen R. Nichols, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police say he took $276 from Walmart.

Oct. 3 — Greg S. Thomas, 51, of Butler, was charged with felony and misdemeanor retail theft. Police said he left Walmart with $188 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 3 — Sean L. Evans, 41, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanors for driving under the influence. Police said he crashed his vehicle Sept. 22 at Route 19 and American Way. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Evans’ blood-alcohol level at 0.234%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 3 — Ashlee E. Morrison, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. Police said she left Walmart with $171 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 2 — Yugonda M. Moore, 56, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors retail theft and false identification. Police said Moore took $653 worth of merchandise from Walmart without paying for it and misidentified herself to an officer.

Oct. 5 — Stacy L. Thayer-Cordes, 47, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped her Oct. 1 on Seven Fields Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.216%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 3 — Richard Mutkus III, 33, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 25 on Route 19 near Scott Ridge Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Mutkus’ blood-alcohol content at 0.129%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 5 — Allison L. McKay, 28, of Grove City, and Corey J. Robinson, 42, of Slippery Rock, were involved in a vehicle accident on Route 8. Police said McKay rear-ended Robinson’s vehicle.

Oct. 5 — Matthew R. Double, 27, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he threw items in his home, punched a hole in the wall, punched another person and threatened someone. Police said suspected heroin was found in his residence following a search.

Oct. 3 — Clayton J. Rennick, 40, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 13 on Whitehill Street in Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Rennick’s blood-alcohol content at 0.125%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 3 — Ralph A. Brown, 49, of Parker, was charged with felony drug sales and misdemeanors of possessing drug paraphernalia after police said he sold crack cocaine to undercover officers.

Oct. 3 — Travis G. Miller, 31, of Fombell, was charged with two misdemeanors possessing drug paraphernalia. Police said he crashed his vehicle Oct. 1 on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Miller left the scene prior to police arrival, and suspected methamphetamine and LSD, two scales, a glass smoking device, two syringes and 20 stamp bags were found in his vehicle.

Oct. 3 — Travis J. Zaborowski, 32, of Cheswick, was charged with misdemeanors disorderly conduct and fleeing to avoid apprehension. Police said they stopped him Sept. 29 on Route 422 in Franklin Township. Police said he fled the scene on foot during the stop and it was discovered Zaborowski was under probation in Butler County for a DUI and for flight to avoid apprehension with Allegheny Valley Regional Police.

Oct. 2 — Dakota B. Hughes, 22, of Eau Claire, was involved in a vehicle crash on Branchton Road in Cherry Township. Police said he swerved into oncoming traffic and struck a guardrail.
