UPDATE: Zoe has been found and is safe, according to state police.

State police in Chester County near Philadelphia on Thursday issued an Amber Alert for 6-year-old Zoe Moss, who they fear is in immediate danger.

Zoe is white, 3 foot 8 inches tall, weighs 50 pounds, and has light brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen Tuesday with Vanessa Gutshall, age 37, who is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds and has light brown hair and blue eyes.

Troopers say Gutshall is operating a gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta with Pennsylvania license plate KXR 3699.

Anyone who spots either of the individuals should immediately call 911 or the Downington, Pa. State Police at 610-633-8810.
