Patricia Miro
Patricia Anne (Snow) Miro, 72, of Palacios, Texas, formerly of Butler, passed away peacefully at her home in Palacios on Monday, Nov. 7, 2022, surrounded by her family after a short illness.
Patty was born in Butler on Dec. 4, 1949, to Attorney Kenneth L. Snow and Grace (Slater) Snow.
She attended St. Paul School and graduated from Butler Senior High School in 1967.
She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
Patty married Dr. Nemesio Miro on Jan. 19, 1976, and moved from Butler.
While living in Bacliff, Texas, Patty was very involved in St. Mary Roman Catholic Church and was deeply dedicated to her position as the RCIA coordinator for that parish.
Surviving are her husband, Dr. Nemesio Miro; her son, Justin and his wife, Jackie, and Patty’s grandchildren, Justin, Nicholas and Jasmine of Palacios, Texas; her sister, Mary Ellen Snow Vandersyde (the late George J. Vandersyde); her brother, Tom Snow and his wife, Debbe, of Butler; her niece, Suzy Vandersyde Alburg and her husband, John; her nephew, Kenneth Vandersyde and his wife, Tina; and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Nicholas S. Snow.
