Police asking for help in hit and run
An overnight crash on Monday has Butler Township Police asking motorists who witnessed the incident to contact them.
Police learned at about 6 a.m. Monday that a tanker-type truck or bulk power truck hit the railroad bridge on McCalmont Road near the Connoquenessing Creek at some time during the night.
The truck fled the scene without reporting the impact, police said in a statement on Tuesday.
