Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 6 — Tammy N. Flynn, 49, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI, summary public drunkenness and several traffic citations. Police said they stopped her on Logan Avenue.
Nov. 28 — Joseph M. Doty, 19, of Evans City, was charged with a possessing marijuana after police said they stopped him Oct. 8 on Bryson Road. Police said Doty surrendered a small amount of marijuana.
Nov. 28 — Victor Harris-Berry, 33, of Butler, was charged with accidents involving damage to a vehicle and several traffic citations. Police said he left the scene of an accident Nov. 3 at Pittsburgh and McFann roads.
Nov. 28 — Isaiah A. Williams, 19, and Summer M. Schnur, 22, both of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they stopped them Nov. 18 on Route 8. Police said Williams and Schnur were found to be in possession of marijuana.
Nov. 28 — Elizabeth A. Fazio, 31, of Zelienople, was charged with felony fraud after police said she failed to report all the income of her household when replying for government assistance.
Nov. 28 — Russell G. Watt, 43, was charged with fleeing to avoid apprehension. Police said he ran from police Nov. 6.
Nov. 28 — Kenzie D. Withers, 24, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her Nov. 7 on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.
Nov. 28 — Clayton J. Shemela, 32, of Lyndora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him June 30 on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine in Shemela’s blood.
Nov. 28 — Glenn A. Cummins, 58, of Hilliards, was charged with felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement after police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Logan’s Gun Gallery in Washington Township.
Nov. 28 — Zachary J. Kuniak, 22, of Natrona Heights, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Oct. 15 on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Kuniak’s blood alcohol content at 0.082%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 28 — Joseph A. Bauer, 38, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Nov. 26 on Old Plank Road in Butler Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath tests showed Bauer’s blood alcohol content 0.204%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 28 — Mason D. Hodgkiss, 31, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony theft after police said he took a Colt Defender .45 from a residence in Donegal Township.
Nov. 28 — Bobbie D. Wolfe, 50, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession after police said they stopped her Jan. 22, 2021 on Walker Avenue in Butler. Police said Wolfe was in possession of crack cocaine.
