Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler City

Dec. 6 — George S. Harrison III, 65, of Butler, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he took two laptops valued at $3,050 and a cellphone valued at $296 from his former place of work.

Butler Township

Dec. 6 — Paul Roth Jr., 61, of New Castle, Lawrence County, was cited for trespassing at Walmart.

Dec. 5 — Alyse M. Moore, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors driving under the influence, endangering welfare of children and corruption of minors. Police said she crashed her vehicle Dec. 2. Police said she admitted to drinking prior to driving and possessing cocaine.

Oct. 12 — Matthew Hibbard, 27, Timothy McCullough, 27, and Brandi Wilson, 30, all of Butler, were charged with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft. They were alleged to have participated in taking a Roomba vacuum valued at $359 from Walmart.

Nov. 29 — Linda Ward, 25, of Butler, was cited for harassment. She was alleged to have punched a person in the face following an argument at Sheetz on New Castle Road.

Slippery Rock Borough

Dec. 5 — Randall A. Yockey, 57, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Nov. 23 on West Cooper Street, and that field sobriety test showed he was impaired. A later breath test showed Yockey’s blood alcohol content at 0.223%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State Police, Butler

Dec. 11 — Shawn M. Reidy Jr., 24, of Franklin, Venango County, was flown to a hospital for treatment after he was ejected from a pickup truck he was driving in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. He was traveling south at 7 p.m. at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the truck. It flipped on to its roof, ejecting him from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt. The truck then slid across the highway and began rolling as it hit a grassy area along the west side of the road.

Dec. 6 — Jacob R. Ruth II, 23, of Harmony, was charged with felony theft. Police said he took $20 and multiple jewelry items from a residence.

Dec. 5 — Albert R. Harding III, 45, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they stopped him Dec. 2 on West Sunbury Road, Cherry Township. Police said he was found in possession of suspected marijuana.

Dec. 5 — Zamariae M. Jordan, 19, of Erie, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped her on Bonniebrook Road, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in Jordan’s blood.

Dec. 5 — Timothy J. Scott, 45, of West Sunbury, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment.
