Worthington woman killed in head-on crash
An Armstrong County woman was killed Saturday, Dec. 17, in a two-vehicle, head-on crash in Pittsburgh’s Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood.
Kendra Fennell, 38, of Worthington, was pronounced dead at the scene just before 6 p.m., shortly after the crash on the McKees Rocks Bridge, according to the Allegheny County medical examiner’s office. She was a passenger in one of the cars in the crash.
