Ryan Williams

A Harrisville man sought by police for alleged theft, burglary, robbery and aggravated assault in three cases was located Tuesday, according to officials.

On Monday, state police requested help locating 44 year-old Ryan A. Williams. According to a release from Trooper Josh Black of Troop D, he was apprehended Tuesday evening in Petrolia.

Williams was placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of a $10,000 bond Thursday on theft charges, but, apparently, later released. State police filed charges in two additional cases against him Monday.

Charges also were filed Wednesday in two cases against Williams’ girlfriend and alleged accomplice, Tiffany L. Lowers, 35, of Slippery Rock.
