I want to offer my congratulations to Karen Newpol in winning our primary race for the open seat for supervisor of Cranberry Township.

Over the past six months, I have met and talked with so many wonderful residents of Cranberry Township. You listened to my proposals, encouraged my endeavors and supported my campaign. I am humbly appreciative of the 1,048 voters who took the time to come out on election day and cast their votes for a 24-year-old newcomer. To have come so close to victory in my first campaign was an achievement I cannot take credit for alone. Thank you all for believing in me.

This campaign would not have been possible without the backing of some extraordinary people, including my mother, Tammy Croftcheck, my campaign staff, and the family, friends and volunteers who worked tirelessly to bring my first campaign to such an exceptional conclusion.

I will continue to advocate for viable growth in our community, including maintaining the infrastructure, welcoming new businesses and caring for the needs of our citizens. I am optimistic that our board of supervisors will exercise wisdom and prudence in creating sustainable growth in Cranberry Township. I encourage all citizens to stand with me to offer their input and voice their concerns to ensure our wonderful community grows with confidence and success.
