Armco Credit Union will host two free homebuyers workshops in September.

One workshop will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at the Butler branch, 101 Hollywood Drive. The other workshop is planned for 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, at the Mars branch, 1031 Aster Way, Adams Township.

The workshop is intended for all prospective home buyers — from first-time buyers to seniors planning to downsize. Guest speakers will cover a range of subjects, including an in-depth look at the Butler County real estate market, insights into various mortgage programs and valuable tips for securing a mortgage.
