Alameda pool prices to increase

Prices on pool passes at Alameda Park will see a $2 increase next year, after commissioners approved the change at Monday’s meeting.
The daily rate will be $10 for adults at the beginning of the 2023 season.
Parks and recreation director Lance Welliver said the cost of supplies resulted in the increase, as chlorine costs tripled in the last year.
