Sentence court

The following people were sentenced Jan. 11 by Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune.

Donald William Criley III, 36, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to serve 14 days to 12 months in the county prison followed by 12 months of probation and to complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following an Oct. 15, 2020, incident.

David Allen Lippert, 38, of Claridge in Westmoreland County, was sentenced to serve six to 60 months in prison, but will be paroled after three months to serve nine months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $5,000, complete 150 hours of community service and complete litter pickup after pleading guilty to his third driving under the influence offense and having a blood alcohol content of 0.02% or greater filed by state police following an Oct. 12, 2019, incident.

Dannie Ledell Cook, 53, of East Pittsburgh in Allegheny County, was sentenced to concurrently serve 12 to 36 months in the county prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 24 months of probation and ordered to pay $199,763 in restitution after pleading guilty to charges of theft by deception and home improvement fraud in two cases filed by state police following incidents on July 17, 2012, and Jan. 11, 2017, respectively.

Marissa Ann Witherup, 28, of Altoona in Blair County, was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation including 12 months of house arrest, pay a $2,500 fine, and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her third DUI offense filed by state police following an Aug. 29, 2021, incident.

Mark A. Koebler, 47, of Prospect, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including nine months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $2,500, and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and a charge of driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a March 25, 2022, incident.

Austin Drake Pesca, 36, of North Charleroi in Washington County, was sentenced to serve 11 months and 15 days to 23 months in prison, but immediately was paroled and ordered to continue receiving mental health treatment after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following a Jan. 14, 2022, incident.

Corey Thomas Loney, 37, of Butler was given a sentence of time served to 23 months and 15 days in the county prison after pleading guilty to a charge of recklessly endangering another filed by Butler City police following a Feb. 5, 2022, incident, and a concurrent sentence of time served to three months and a fine of $500 after pleading guilty to a charge of driving without an ignition interlock device filed by Butler Township police following a June 25, 2020, incident.

Brianna Nicole O’Malley, 27, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 11 months and 15 days to 23 months in the county prison, but immediately was paroled to serve 36 months of probation and pay fines totaling $500 after pleading guilty to a charge of obtaining a fraudulent prescription filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 26, 2021, incident, a charge of retail theft filed by Butler Township police following a July 12, 2021, incident and a charge of retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a Sept. 7, 2021, incident.

Sydney Lane Zahn, 27, of Gibsonia in Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 15 days of house arrest, pay a $2,500 fine, and complete litter pickup and 60 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by Cranberry Township police following an Oct. 13, 2021, incident.

Raelene Shively, 57, of Monaca in Beaver County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following an Aug. 20, 2022, incident.

Perry Joseph Ekas, 36, of Butler was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation including 60 days of house arrest and pay a $25 fine and $9,421 in restitution after pleading guilty to charges of recklessly endangering another, accidents involving damage and a summary traffic violation filed by Buffalo Township police following a March 9, 2022, incident.

Michael William Hungerford Jr., 37, of Apollo in Armstrong County, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, pay fines totaling $1,200, and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI, driving without a license and resisting arrest filed by Buffalo Township police following a March 25, 2022, incident.

William Alfred Obaker, 67, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 30 days of house arrest, pay a $750 fine, and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by Adams Township police following an April 20, 2022, incident.

Christina June Marker, 34, of Aliquippa in Beaver County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $250 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property filed by Cranberry Township police following a Jan. 6, 2022, incident.

Matthew Liberty, 32, of Harmony, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $250 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property filed by Cranberry Township police following a Jan. 6, 2022, incident.

Jesse Ryan Golden Kimmel, 33, of Sharpsville in Mercer County, was sentenced to serve 36 months of probation and pay $1,005 in restitution to Lowe’s after pleading guilty to a charge of theft by deception filed by Butler Township police following a June 13, 2021, incident. The probation can end at 24 months if the restitution is paid and no other violations are committed.

Bobbiejo Noble, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler City police following a March 23, 2022, incident.

Nicole Teresa Finucan, 37, of Millvale in Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve 48 months of probation and pay $1,155 in restitution and a $300 fine after pleading guilty to charges in four cases. She pleaded guilty to use of an access device filed by Butler City police following a Dec. 3, 2021, incident; pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following a July 8, 2022, incident; pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler City police following an Aug. 6, 2022, incident; and pleaded guilty to a theft charge filed by Butler Township police following a Sept. 19, 2022, incident.

John D. Clark, 55, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six to 23 moths in prison but immediately was paroled and ordered to serve 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of tampering with evidence filed by state police following a May 16, 2021, incident.

David Edward Bigler, 57, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 72 months of probation including 12 months of house arrest and pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by state police following a Nov. 29, 2018, incident.

Richard Edward Weber Jr., 49, of Homewood in Allegheny County was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,200 and restitution of $8,157, and complete litter pick up and 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI, criminal mischief and driving without a license filed by state police following a July 12, 2017, incident.

Kenneth John Fetter, 44, of Butler was sentenced to serve 21 to 60 months in the county prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 21 months on house arrest and pay $90 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking filed by state police following an Aug. 30, 2021, incident.
