Leslie Osche announces reelection bid

Leslie Osche announced that she is running again for the office of Butler County commissioner Jan. 2023

Leslie Osche has announced that she will seek a third, four-year term as Butler County commissioner this May.

“I have been committed to building a welcoming, environment where business thrives and individuals and families connect in vibrant, safe communities,” Osche, a Republican, said in the news release. “We build on the resilience and honor the values those who have gone before us, our seniors and veterans, while mentoring the next generation of leaders and young people whose vision and innovation will continue to make us strong.”

Osche is a 1982 graduate of Butler High School and a 1986 graduate of Duquesne University.

In the same news release, Commissioner Kimberly Geyer also announced her intentions of running for a third term.

The pair serve with Democrat Kevin Boozel, who announced his intentions to run for reelection as county commissioner last week.
