Rt. 228 at Parks Road closed due to accident
Motorists should look for an alternate route around the area of Route 228 and Parks Road in Middlesex Township while crews clear vehicles from a two-vehicle accident Monday morning.
Emergency responders are allowing alternating traffic to pass through while they wait for a tow truck to remove the vehicles, according to county 911.
A dump truck and a passenger vehicle collided at the intersection at 6:30 a.m. resulting in one person being taken to an area hospital, dispatchers said.
