Tree falls on vehicle, traffic stymied on Route 68
A vehicle struck a tree on Route 68 in Oakland Township during the early part of rush hour on Friday, then fell on the vehicle.
Traffic on Route 68 near the Hilltop Mini Mart was reduced to one lane for more than an hour due to the crash.
No injuries were reported.
Dispatchers at the county 911 center said the call came in at 6:31 a.m. and emergency crews cleared the scene just after 8 a.m.
