Butler, other counties under winter weather advisory
The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh advised Butler and surrounding counties to watch for ice accumulation throughout Wednesday.
A winter weather advisory was issued around 7 a.m. and is set to last until 1 p.m.
According to the forecast, mixed precipitation, freezing rain and ice is estimated to accumulate up to one inch on roadways before the advisory expires.
Meteorologists advised drivers to use caution while driving, as roadways could be hazardous.
