Deborah E. Harmon, 66, of Kittanning, formerly of Valencia, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, at her niece’s house.

She was born Aug. 29, 1956, in Kittanning, to Charles F. Milligan and Virgie C. Wilson Milligan.

Deborah was a member of Clinton Presbyterian Church of Freeport.

She enjoyed traveling, camping, liked to go to the casino, playing cards, puzzles and reading. Most of all, Deborah enjoyed her family.

Survivors include her sons, William F. (Jo Anne) Harmon of New Jersey, and Daniel E. (Colleen) Harmon of Valencia; her grandchildren, Bethany and fiancé, Addison, and Caleb, Madison and Kaylee; her sister, Lynda and Michael Cullum of Ford City; her brothers, Ronald and Susan Milligan of Jacksonville, Fla., Joseph “Joe” Milligan and Mikey Walker of Kittanning, David “Munch” and Julie Milligan of Mayport, and Kenneth “Bucky” Milligan of Kittanning; and numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Danny E. Harmon, who passed away July 13, 2012.

HARMON — Visitation for Deborah E. Harmon, who died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at MANTINI FUNERAL HOME, 701 Sixth Ave., Ford City.

Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Joshua Webb officiating.
