CLAY TWP — A portion of Kelly Road is closed Thursday afternoon as a number of fire departments respond to a reported garage fire in the 100 block of Kelly Road in Clay Township.
The road was closed at its intersection with Route 8.
The initial report of the fire came in around 1 p.m.
