Due to maintenance on Verizon’s nationwide network Saturday, Feb. 25, operations of several driver’s licensing services will be unavailable.

The maintenance will conclude at 12 p.m. and these services will resume at 12:01 p.m. Saturday.

The following driver’s license transactions will be unavailable at PennDOT Driver License Centers: issuance, renewal and duplicate commercial and noncommercial driver license transactions, out-of-state transfer license transactions, learner’s permits and commercial learner’s permit transactions and any other transaction that deals with a license product.

Online services such as real ID renewals or duplicates and non-real ID noncommercial driver’s license duplicates also will be unavailable Saturday.

Applications for photo IDs, medical examiner certificate transactions, or those customers with an existing camera card (without changes needed) seeking a photo will be processed normally.
