Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 8 — Emily N. Foster, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false report. Police said she lied about the occurrence of a domestic incident.
Feb. 9 — Alison A. Oshea, 47, of Valencia, was charged with two counts each of misdemeanors simple assault and disorderly conduct and summary harassment. Police said she struck someone in the head with a wine glass.
Feb. 7 — Theodor A. Newhouse-Godine, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor harassment. Police said he repeatedly sent threatening messages to someone and damaged their vehicle.
Feb. 8 — Pauline Grant, 65, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her in the Morrow Field House parking lot, Slippery Rock Borough Feb. 2. Police said she showed signs of impairment and a later breath test showed Grant’s blood alcohol content at 0.169%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 9 — Rebecca A. Mendiola, 25, of Worthington, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped her Jan. 19 on Grant Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed Mendiola’s blood alcohol content at 0.118%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 8 — Russell S. Hoffman, 32, of Valencia, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said he took $13,150 worth of motorcycle parts without paying for them.
Feb. 8 — Alex J. Pasqualini, 28, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Jan. 13 on Mercer Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
