Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 12 — Michelle Mills, 46, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary disorderly conduct. Police said she punched someone in the face two times.
Feb. 13 — Dean T. Adams, 68, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of failing to register with state police. Police said Adams is listed as a lifetime Megan’s Law registrant and did not inform police of his moving residences.
Feb. 10 — Marvin H. Walker, 30, of Aliquippa, was charged with felony possession of a firearm and two misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he did not have a license to carry a firearm, and a bag of marijuana was found in his vehicle.
Feb. 10 — Chad W. Finucan, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped him near Pittsburgh and Fraser roads. Police said Finucane ran from police and was found with an empty syringe, a metal spoon and an empty stamp bag in his possession.
Feb. 11 — Brittny C. Summers, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and resisting arrest after police said they stopped her Feb. 10 at Pittsburgh and Vogel roads. Police said she showed signs of impairment and refused an officer’s verbal orders.
Feb. 13 — Shawn P. Leonard, 39, of New Kensington, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he crashed his vehicle Feb. 11 on Kittanning Pike, Parker Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired.
Feb. 10 — Jeremy N. Agostino, 43, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Logan’s Gun Gallery, North Washington Township.
Feb. 10 — Teri L. Tack Lowers, 51, of Ford City, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said she answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Curt’s Black Powder Shop, Clearfield Township.
Feb. 10 — Dillyn Taylor, 31, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped her on Wolford Road, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Taylor’s blood-alcohol content at 0.103%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
