Queen Elizabeth fashion show

From left, Linda Herold, Penelope Gray and Mrs. William Nulph model fashions that they will be wearing in the spring fashion show by the Queen Elizabeth Rebekah Lodge 403 in February 1970.

More than a dozen models got decked out in the finest fashion designs for a spring fashion show in March 1970.

The Queen Elizabeth Rebekah Lodge 463 was preparing for a fashion show and card party on Feb. 27, 1970, an event that would benefit a Rebekah Assembly project, “Rebekah Home.”

The clothing worn in the fashion show would come from J.C. Penney Company to fit the theme, “A Little Bit o’ Spring.”

The next meeting of the lodge would feature a hat design party, where the prettiest, funniest and most original hat designs would be rewarded by the group.
