Nearly 70 second-level Butler County Community College nursing students visited a STAT MedEvac 3 helicopter on BC3’s main campus in Butler Township on Wednesday, March 1, as part of a “Nursing care of patients with complex health problems” class. Second-level students are those expected to graduate from the BC3 career program in May. The helicopter made the six-minute flight to BC3 from UPMC Passavant in Cranberry Township.
