Man fires shot in Harrisville, charges filed
A 41-year-old man was accused of threatening to “execute” a 19-year-old man and firing a gun in Harrisville, according to state police.
Manuel R. Garciglia, of Freedom, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanors reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, harassment and simple assault for an incident that happened around 5:47 a.m. Saturday.
Police said they were dispatched to a disturbance on South Main Street, Harrisville, and came in contact with the 19-year-old male, who said that Garciglia arrived at his residence and engaged in an altercation.
