Two women died Monday, March 6, in a multi-vehicle crash on Route 210 just north of Route 422 in Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County, according to Armstrong County Coroner Brian K. Myers.

One woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other at Indiana Regional Medical Center’s emergency department, Myers said.

No names are being released at this point, he said in a news release.

The crash happened around noon Monday.

According to Myers, both women were in the same car, and neither was wearing a seat belt.

The crash is currently being investigated by the Armstrong County Coroner’s Office, Indiana County Coroner’s Office and State Police Kittanning.
