11-year-old cited for harassing a neighbor
An 11-year-old boy was cited for repeatedly harassing a 61-year-old woman in Center Township, state police said Monday.
The woman told police that her juvenile neighbor frequently knocked on her door, screamed profanities at her and followed her for a period of six months.
On Monday, the juvenile reportedly followed the woman as she drove into the neighborhood. Police said the juvenile circled her vehicle multiple times and stood outside her home for 10 minutes while staring at her.
The juvenile was interviewed with his parents and cited for harassment through District Judge Lewis Stoughton’s office.
