Harmony business owner’s drowning ruled suicide
The death of Harmony business owner Tod DiMinno has been ruled a suicide.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s office on Wednesday released the manner and cause of DiMinno’s death. The report said DiMinno had drowned.
DiMinno was 54 years old when his body was found Oct. 8 in a car that was submerged in the Ohio River in the Manchester neighborhood on the North Shore. He last was seen Sept. 28 in Harmony and was reported missing two days later.
