Thanks to a donation from Giant Eagle of 3,000 bottles of all-purpose cleaner, the Salvation Army will be able to continue to help the families impacted from the East Palestine, Ohio train derailment.

Along with the distribution of all-purpose cleaner, The Salvation Army has been providing water, food, other cleaning supplies and spiritual care to families and individuals in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

“We are extremely appreciative of the work The Salvation Army continues to do to support our neighbors in need in and around East Palestine,” Giant Eagle Senior Director of Corporate Communications Dan Donovan said.
