Grilled Stickies off the menu at Eat’n Park after bakery partner’s closure

Eat’n Park employees Nancy Henderson, left, Loren Mayernik and Kayla Frattini were on hand to prepare for the opening of the new store along New Castle Road in Butler in May 2021.

It’s a sticky situation at Eat’n Park.

One of the restaurant’s popular menu items, the grilled stickies are no longer available after the closure of a bakery partner, according to spokeswoman Courtney Caprara.

The closure forced Eat'n Park Restaurants to discontinue the sweet, but sticky dessert, she said.

“We’re in a bit of a sticky situation — pun intended — that impacts all Eat'n Park restaurants, including those Butler County,” Capara said in a Wednesday, March 22, statement.

The dessert could one day return to menus, she said.

The restaurant chain is now evaluating replacement options, Caprara said.
