Phyllis M. Slee, 81, of Butler, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023, at her home.

Born March 1, 1942, in Clinton Township, she was the daughter of Cecil Slee and Louise Lerch Slee.

Phyllis loved going to school and seeing her friends at the ABBA House in Butler. She always had her nails painted, and she loved getting dressed up and wearing her jewelry, especially her beads. She loved music and singing along with the radio. Phyllis had a smile for everyone and a contagious laugh. She loved animals, especially cats.

Phyllis is survived by her sisters, Martha (Dave) Davis of Salisbury, Md., and Carole (Chuck) Kelley of Saxonburg; her sister-in-law, Karen Slee of Sarver; a number of nieces and nephews; her friends; and the caregivers of the ARC of Butler.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Shirley Velicoff; her brother, Cecil "Sonny" Slee; and her brother-in-law, Dave Davis.

Phyllis will be dearly missed and was loved by all who knew her. A special thank-you goes out to her caregivers, who took great care of Phyllis and were by her side throughout her life's journey. God bless all of you.

SLEE — Visitation and services will be private for Phyllis M. Slee, who died Saturday, March 25, 2023. Burial will be in the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
