Juvenile arrested on terrorism, weapon charges
Adams Township police and the FBI on Friday morning arrested a juvenile on state charges of terrorism, threats to use a weapon of mass destruction and terroristic threats following a joint investigation into threats the juvenile allegedly made online.
“These types of threats will always be taken very seriously, and all of our agencies will continue to work together to gather, share, and act upon threat information as it comes to our attention. We urge the public to remain vigilant, and report any and all suspicious activity and individuals to law enforcement immediately,” township police said in a statement.
Police said the juvenile was detained and released to juvenile probation for detention.
