County Home Show draws businesses, residents
BUTLER TWP — Homeowners from near and far traveled to the Butler County Home Show for ideas, consultation and fun Friday night.
The 12th annual show featured more than 100 vendors at the Family Sports Center, and several food trucks serving the masses outside.
Spectators paraded the rows of roofers, plumbers, bathroom renovators, home internet providers, and gutter and window installers, talking with employees from local and nationwide businesses.
Rocco Lamanna, show manager, said the goal of the event is to benefit the homeowners in Butler, as well as the local businesses.
“We want these local (places) to get as much business as they can. Some vendors have been here all 12 years,” he said. “Typically, we get over 5,000 people over three days.”
The show will continue through the weekend, opening from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 15, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 16.
