Homeowner finds 4 animals shot
State police are seeking the public’s help in determining who shot three sheep and a lamb in Oakland Township on Thursday afternoon.
The owner of a home on Cherry Ridge Lane returned home around 8 p.m. Thursday to find three sheep and a lamb had been shot with what appeared to be a shotgun, police said. Two of the sheep were in critical condition. Neighbors told police they heard four gunshots between 3 and 4 p.m.
