Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Township

March 30 — Marvin T. Thomas, 48, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license.

Butler City

March 29 — Kelly L. Wilson, 54, of Butler, was charged with felony forgery. Police said she wrote a false check for $465.

Butler Township

March 31 — Gennifer Kendrick, 34, of Butler, and Andrew Bowser, 20, of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash on Route 356. Police said Kendrick’s vehicle struck Bowser’s E-bike.

Cranberry Township

April 3 — Garrett S. Gaydosh, 36, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence after a traffic stop March 19 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Gaydosh’s blood alcohol content at 0.163%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Harrisville

April 3 — Clifford R. Zuschlag, 46, of Harrisville, was charged with criminal mischief, theft and possession of a criminal instrument. Police said he broke into game machine and removed coins and bills.

Jackson Township

March 29 — Amy J. Parson, 22, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.

March 29 — Nathaniel C. Ledgerwood, 43, of Cassville, Mo., was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after police said he crashed his vehicle March 2 on Lindsay Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Liquor Control Enforcement

April 3 — Alexander G. Loutsion, 20, of Canonsburg, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and summaries of carrying false identification. Police said he provided alcohol to minors at Slippery Rock University.

Office of State Inspector General

March 31 — Alicia L. Ramirez, 56, of Butler, was charged with felony food stamp fraud. Police said she fraudulently received $4,017 in SNAP benefits.

Saxonburg

March 30 — Stephen M. Ruzbacki, 58, of Olmstedville, N.Y., was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanors simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said he head-butted someone, knocking out their tooth.

State police, Butler

April 4 — Celeste R. Main, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Boscov’s with $769 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

April 4 — Evan A. Pinkerton, 23, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors false report and hindering apprehension. Police said he lied about his vehicle being stolen.
