K-6 track and field

JACKSON TWP — Seneca Valley will host its 38th annual All-District K-6 Track and Field Meet May 12 at NexTier Stadium. Field events begin at 6:15 p.m., track events begin at the conclusion of field events.

The event is free to all district residents kindergarten through sixth grade. Students from CVE, Rowan, Evans City and Haine can see their physical education teachers for more details.

Wrestling golf outing

SLIPPERY ROCK — Butler Boys Wrestling and Golf Teams will hold their first golf outing June 3 at Slippery Rock Golf Course.

Entry fee is $100 per person or $400 per team for the four-person scramble. Fee includes green fees and cart, dinner, entrance into skill prizes and basket auction tickets. Cash payouts are for the top three places.
