Brown wins again in harness racing

WASHINGTON, Pa. — Slippery Rock resident Brady Brown drove I Love My MVP to victory during harness racing action Saturday at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows.

The 4-year-old gelding captured a $12,600 Conditioned Trot.

Rocco, Lewandowski on all-state team

CRANBERRY TWP — North Catholic girls basketball players Alayna Rocco and Dacia Lewandowski have been named to the Pennsylvania Sports Writers All-State Team.

Rocco, a junior who averaged 17.6 points per game, made first team. Lewandowski, a senior who averaged 12 points per game, made second team.
