Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 28 — Scott A. Kreidler, 58, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanors simple assault and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he choked someone and pushed someone. Police said he was found with a crack pipe.
April 26 — Derohn E. Brown, 35, of Aliquippa, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he shoved someone multiple times.
April 26 — Jay E. Vinroe, 57, of Renfrew, was charged with two counts of felony driving under the influence. Police said he backed into a vehicle on South Chestnut Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Vinroe’s blood alcohol content at 0.156%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 25 — Kaitlyn M. Sullivan, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, resisting arrest and accidents involving an attended vehicle after police said she crashed her vehicle on Center Avenue and fled the scene. Police said she was argumentative and would not listen to officers commands. A later breath test showed Sullivan’s blood alcohol content at 0.224%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 24 — Christina M. Beers, 58, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle near Walker and Brugh avenues. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed Beers blood alcohol content at 0.183%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 28 — Bruce A. Locke, 52, of Portersville, was charged with felony and misdemeanor DUI after police said he crashed his motorcycle into a building. Police said he admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana prior to driving. A can of Four Lokos was also found in his possession.
April 26 — Edward C. Fink, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said a glass meth pipe and capped syringe were found in his vehicle.
April 25 — Brittany M. Wilcox, 32, of Harmony, was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said she did not return a vehicle she borrowed.
April 25 — Zachary S. Rush, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said two empty stamp bags, a glass crack pipe and push rod were found on his person.
April 25 — Danyel L. Shaw, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said two crack pipes, a marijuana bowl, gabapentin pills, a black grinder and a small amount of marijuana was found in her vehicle.
April 27 — Brian D. Alley, 50, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to a police. Police said he provided a fake name to officers.
April 24 — Douglas A. Boda, 44, of Butler, was charged with felony insurance fraud and misdemeanor theft. Police said he filed a false insurance claim.
April 26 — Dana J. Sutton, 48, of Boyers, was charged with felony theft. Police said she left Giant Eagle with $420 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
April 28 — Kameryn D. Martinez, 24, of Natrona Heights, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Route 356, Buffalo Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Martinez’s blood alcohol content at 0.109%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 25 — General D. L. Hilton, 30, of Monaca, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped him on West Main Street, Evans City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Hilton’s blood alcohol content at 0.133% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal blood-alcohol limit is 0.08%. A bag of suspected marijuana, two scales and smoking pipes were found in his vehicle.
April 25 — Dennis V. Garcia, 58, of Renfrew, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Beacon Lane, Butler Township. Police said fields sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Garcia’s blood alcohol content at 0.177%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 24 — Austin J. Pearson, 25, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on South Benbrook Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Pearson’s blood alcohol content at 0.222%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 24 — Brittney M. Graham, 27, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her on East Jefferson Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed Graham’s blood alcohol content at 0.168%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 25 — Chelsea M. Hainer, 31, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and child endangerment after police said they stopped her on West Beaver Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in Hainer’s blood. Police said she had a child in the vehicle.
