Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 1 — Joseph Bartolomeo, 42, of Butler, was charged with felony forgery. Police said he provided a counterfeit $100 bill at a restaurant.
May 1 — Dominic J. Blystone, 21, of Butler, was charged with felony criminal trespassing, misdemeanor prowling at night and summary harassment. Police said he broke down a door of a residence.
April 30 — Lamont A. Franklin, 43, was charged with felony possession of a firearm. Police said he was found with a 9 mm handgun he was not allowed to possess.
April 30 — Noah S. Burnside, 26, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected crack cocaine.
May 1 — Lisa M. Legrand, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with six marijuana cigarettes.
May 2 — Brandon L. Russell, 30, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors for not appearing in court. Police said he did not have a lawful excuse to miss his court date.
May 2 — Kristen Reed, 36, Kimberly Morgan, 64 and Jhony Perez, 47, of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash at Route 8 and Belmont Road. Police said a17-year-old male in a Ford Explorer Sport Trac struck Reed’s vehicle, which caused a chain reaction.
May 10 — Sierra M. Martinez, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $205 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
April 29 — Joanne L. Stone, 56, of Coraopolis, was charged with two counts each of felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Target with $249 and $499 worth of merchandise on two occasions without paying for it.
May 11 — William R. George, 67, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was injured and flown to Allegheny General Hospital following a traffic accident with Anna E. Freehling, 97, of Sarver, at 1:12 p.m. on Route 356, just south of Chapelview Road in Winfield Township. George suffered an injury to his right wrist, and Freehling complained of chest pain.
May 5 — Jason A. Howrd, 46, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanors resisting arrest, stalking and prowling at night. Police said he was observed sneaking around a residence and had to be taken to the ground by officers.
May 1 — Dustin W. Graham, 28, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor fraud. Police said he had a fraudulent registration sticker.
April 29 — Henry A. Leroy, 23, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries disorderly conduct and harassment. Police said he pushed someone to the ground and punched them in the face.
April 28 — Dustyn P. R. Fry, 25, of West Sunbury, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped him on West Sunbury Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Fry’s blood alcohol content at 0.133% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%. Fry also was found with six grams of marijuana.
April 28 — Dana L. Shaner, 41, of Cadogan, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Boscov’s with $188 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
May 12 — Steven Ramsey, 37, of Butler, was charge with harassment for allegedly threatening to harm himself with a knife he was holding and smashing a 37-year-old woman’s phone during a domestic dispute on Portersville Road in Perry Township.
