TIME CAPSULE: Butler County youngsters received rubella immunization shots on May 17, 1970, at six schools throughout the county. The vaccinations brought tears from 5-year-old Bruce Beichner, who is being held by his mother, Mrs. Ronald Beichner, 121 St. Paul St. His sister, Diane, 8, covers her mouth as she shares his concern.
