Foodie Fridays have returned to downtown Butler.

Foodie Friday is a gathering of food trucks the third Friday of the month from May through August, presented by the nonprofit group Butler Downtown.

Food trucks will be open in the parking lot of First English Lutheran Church on Main Street.

June’s theme is “’90s block party.” DJ Mark Buchek will be playing favorite ’90s tracks from 6 to 8 p.m., June 16.

July’s theme is “Dog Days of Summer.” The band Rumble will perform from 6 to 8 p.m., July 21. Dogs are welcome at this event, and attendees are encouraged to stop by the Butler Downtown tent for a special treat for their pups.

August's theme is “Back to School.” The Aug. 18 event will be final Foodie Friday of the year, and will support Butler County Community College's Pioneer Pantry. Attendees can donate a canned item for a chance to win a prize basket.
