Details released on Friday’s Hooker Road crash, 7 injured
State police said they have determined the events that caused a Friday, May 26 crash in Concord Township, which resulted with seven people — including three children —injured.
First responders were called around 10 a.m. Friday to the intersection of Hooker Road and Lou-Lin-Mar Lane, where they found a Mazda MX3 overturned and a white Chrysler Pacifica with severe front-end damage.
According to police, the Mazda MX3 was carrying six people at the time of the collision.
Police said the Pacifica’s driver, Kaitlyn L. Leasure, 30, of Butler, was traveling east on Hooker Road and attempting to turn left onto Lou-Lin-Mar Lane as the Mazda was traveling west on Hooker Road.
The Mazda was driven by Jeffrey A. Wolfe, 40, of Karns City, and had five additional passengers.
