Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 19 — Joseph J. Harley, 45, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he was involved in a crash on Route 228 and failed to exchange information.

Butler Twp

May 19 — Daelyn N. Pronesti, 37, of Butler, was charged with felony fleeing police, two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence and several traffic citations after police stopped her on Fairground Hill Road. Police said she failed to yield to a traffic stop and was found to be impaired.

May 18 — Noah Burnside, 26, Dalton Anthony, 21, and Tara Hockenberry, 30, all of Butler, were charged with drug possession after police stopped a vehicle on Hansen Avenue.

Cranberry Twp

May 25 — Michael D. Kneeland, 48, of East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

May 23 — Deonate D. Webb-Higgs, 20, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $179 in merchandise without paying for it.

May 18 — Paul W. Roth Jr., 61, of New Castle, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Target with $459 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jackson Twp

May 20 — Stacey L. Eberle, 53, of Zelienople, was charged with a felony of disarming a firearm in an occupied structure and two counts of misdemeanor reckless endangerment. Police said she accidentally fired a weapon.

State police, Butler

May 18 — Matthew W. Peters, 64, of Forestville, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor counts of giving a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

May 18 — Christopher D. Kennedy, 53, of Chicora, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor counts of giving a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

State police, Kittanning

May 19 — Andre S. Rodriguez Jr., 24, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him on Interstate 79, Jackson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his blood. A marijuana cigarette was also found in Rodriguez’s vehicle.

Zelienople

May 19 — Evan J. Yurkovich, 27, of Ellwood City, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he sideswiped a vehicle and left the scene.
