The Rev. Paul Cope, pastor of congregational care at LifePointe Alliance Church in Mars, plans to lead a trip to Israel on May 20 to 29, 2024.

For those interested in joining the trip, a meeting is planned at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, at the church, 997 Route 228, Mars.

Assisting Cope will be Ross Conley, a graduate of Pennsylvania Bible Institute and lifelong Mars resident. Both Cope and Conley have studied in Israel.

Participants on the trip will visit Jerusalem, Sea of Galilee, Bethelehem, Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan River, Masada.

Working with Fellowship Tours, the trip will cost $4,263, which includes air travel from Pittsburgh to Tel Aviv, breakfast and dinner daily, and lodging at three hotels.
