Butler woman crowned Miss White Rose City
Samantha Roth, of Butler, who represents York County as a Miss Pennsylvania contestant, won Miss White Rose City in January and competed for Miss Pennsylvania in June. 2023
Samantha Roth, 23, of Butler, was named Miss White Rose City in January by the Miss Pennsylvania organization, and competed in the Miss Pennsylvania pageant in June.
Roth will continue to represent Miss White Rose City at events locally and across the state during her reign.
Roth, a former employee of Butler Florist, participated in the Show Us Your Shoes Parade at the pageant in June by festooning her footwear with flowers.
