Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 5 — Andrew F. Jones, 25, of Butler, and Brittany P. Lynn, 26, of Renfrew, were charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they were found with 19 stamp bags of heroin, clonazepam and suboxone pills. Lynn additionally was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
July 5 — Ryan A. Miano, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he shot a gun during an Independence Day celebration.
July 3 — Andrew J. Loeffler, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession and summary public drunkenness. Police said he was found in possession of stamp bags.
July 3 — David H. Roose, 51, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor prowling at nighttime and summary criminal mischief. Police said he was pounding on the door of a residence, broke a mailbox and a flower pot and unplugged a surveillance camera.
July 2 — Noel M. Athias, 48, of Glenwillard, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he did not stop or provide information after being in an accident.
July 3 — William D. Hockett, 22, of Braddock, and Donte K.E. Robinson-Vearnon, 24, of Pitcairn, were charged with misdemeanor loitering and prowling at nighttime. Police said they were walking around residences on Old Plank Road.
June 30 — James Sanfilippo, 43, and Rebecca Sanfilippo, 37, both of Ligonier, were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Target with $340 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
July 5 — Janet M. Shoup, 62, of Cranberry Township, was charged with four counts of misdemeanors DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle on Interstate 79, Cranberry Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.352%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
July 5 — Ashton R. McIntyre, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of felony theft and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said he took a golf cart without permission.
June 30 — Austin D. Shay, 25, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on Chicora Road, Oakland Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.191%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 30 — April R. Johnston, 26, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on North Main Street Extension, Center Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in her system.
June 29 — Shyanne M. Getty, 32, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped her on New Castle Road, Muddy Creek Township. Police said suspected crack cocaine and a crack pipe were found in her vehicle.
June 28 — Edmund L. McEntyre, 40, of Forest City, N.C., was charged with felony carrying a loaded weapon and misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Interstate 79, Muddy Creek Township. Police said he showed signs impairment, and a loaded weapon was found in his vehicle during a search. McEntyre does not have a conceal carry permit, police said.
June 27 — Quayshan T. Michlich, 32, of New Castle, and Andrew M. Stigall, 26, of Youngstown, Ohio, were charged with misdemeanors use and possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to an officer. Police said a search of their vehicle yielded a fentanyl pill.
