Judith “Judi” Ann (Zilla) Mills, 81, of West Chester, Pa., passed away Friday, June 30, 2023.

She was born June 17, 1942.

She is survived by her husband of almost 59 years, Kenneth W. Mills; two children, Jeff (Tiffany) and Steve (Rebecca); and six grandchildren, Carson, Cooper, Tatum, Lauren, Billie and Sloane.
