Rebecca Ann Arblaster, 52, of Slippery Rock, passed away at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh on Monday, July 10, 2023.

She was born in Grove City on Dec. 26, 1970, to Steven Richard Arblaster and Linda Ann Palmer Arblaster.

Rebecca graduated from Slippery Rock High School in 1989 and later Slippery Rock University in 1995. She worked in clerical service at CACI, a Maryland-based government subcontractor that conducts investigations of government employees for government services.

She was a member of the Harrisville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Rebecca was committed to her daughter and family. She loved caring for her animals.

Survivors include her daughter, Riley N. Geibel, of Slippery Rock; her parents, Steve and Linda Arblaster, of Slippery Rock; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; and brother, Steven Arblaster II.

ARBLASTER — Funeral services for Rebecca Ann Arblaster, who died Monday, July 10, 2023, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 140 E. Poplar St., Grove City, with pastor Jeremy Jones, pastor of the church, presiding.

The family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Friday at the church in Grove City.

Interment will be in Prairie Cemetery, Harrisville.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.

Arrangements are by SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Slippery Rock.
