Jacob Kollinger collected three hits, including an inside-the-park home run, as Kelly Chevrolet Butler Pony Baseball defeated Moniteau #1, 17-2, in a playoff game recently.

Sammy Vicari struck out five in four innings to get the win on the mound. Nash Cuffman had four hits, including a double, Ryan Rattigan had two hits and four RBI. Also collecting multiple hits were Vicari, Ryan Collins, Jacob Szebalskie and Joey Porneluzi.

Aidan Shakley and Kane Scott had two hits each for Moniteau.

In regular season action, Butler Pony defeated Armstrong, 11-1, and Moniteau #1 by a 12-9 count in recent games.

Cuffman tossed three hitless innings of relief, striking out five, against Armstrong. Collins and Cuffman had two RBI each. Kollinger had a double and two singles.

Cuffman had five hits, including two doubles, in the 12-9 win. Levi McClellan struck out nine in four innings of pitching. Kollinger had three hits and two RBI, Sullivan Stutz three hits for Butler.
