Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 6 — Darnyll L. Bishop, 36, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he struck someone multiple times.
July 5 — Brittany Everetts, 30, of Parker, was charged with felony contraband and misdemeanor drug possession. Police said stamp bags and suspected fentanyl were found on her when she was placed in Butler County Prison.
July 5 — Timothy D. Edinger, 50, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on East Boyd Street. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.20%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
July 6 — Eric M. Jolly, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $211 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
July 5 — Jahlil M. Robinson, 30, of Lyndora, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with marijuana, buprenorphine and naloxone films and oxycodone.
July 5 — Braden J. Yartz, 30, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found in possession of a stamp bag of a white powder substance.
July 5 — Robert M. Pacelli, 53, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on Evans City Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of fentanyl in his system.
July 6 — Alexander D. Rocco, 22, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he was breaking into vehicles along Route 19.
July 6 — Tyron L. Morrison, 35, of McKees Rocks, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage after police said he crashed his vehicle in the parking lot of Cranberry Township Mall.
July 6 — Lee A. Chandler, 48, of Wampum, was charged with misdemeanor hindering apprehension. Police said she hindered the apprehension of Morrison.
July 6 — John W. Webb, 54, of West Sunbury, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $551 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
July 5 — Tucker C. Vouga, 22, of Prospect, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him in Prospect Borough. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.136%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
