Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Tuesday, July 18, by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Kelley Streib.

Glenn Allen Cummins, 59, of Hilliards, was sentenced to six months of probation and a fine of $25 after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and materially false written statement - purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm relating to an incident April 4, 2021.

Cody Alan Isaacson, 31, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to pay fines totaling $3,500 and be confined in prison for six months to five years after pleading guilty to felony eluding an officer and misdemeanor DUI, possession of marijuana and several traffic citations in relation to an Oct. 16, 2022, incident.

Clayton Ramon Murphy Jr., 28, of Braddock, was sentenced to pay $6,225 in restitution to the Best Buy in Cranberry Township and one year of probation after pleading guilty to felonies theft and conspiracy in relation to a Nov. 21, 2022, incident.

Glenda M. Nimal, 49, of Dayton, Ohio, was sentenced to 36 months of probation after pleading guilty to felony retail theft.

Corey Marie Pettigrew, 26, of Butler, was sentenced to 105 days of confinement and 60 months of probation after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI in relation to a Dec. 13, 2022, incident.
